Are Charter Boats LicensedJust because someone calls themself a captain or offers to take you fishing, does not make them a licensed charter boat. I have taken the measures to be licensed by the US Coast Guard as a Master Captain. I have the proper safety equipment on board and my boat has been inspected by the state to ensure a safe and enjoyable outing.
